About the Role:
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our central Solutions Engineering Team to remotely carry out and manage deployments and feature releases for new and existing clients across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities:
● Backend configuration of the product for new clients based on standard requirements received by business teams.
● Managing configuration and product expansion changes requested by existing clients.
● Providing Level 2 support in terms of data and feature inspection for production issues.
● Conducting the handover of new product feature additions across all clients in multiple geographies.
● Preparation of non-standard ad-hoc data analysis for internal teams.
Location and Commitments:
● Location - Sri Lanka
● Contract Based
● Monday - Friday (9:00am – 17:30pm)
● Remote
Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree in Physical Sciences, Statistics, Textile Manufacturing, or related field.
● Previous experience in planning, production, or data analytics functions in the apparel domain would be an added advantage, but not essential.
● Basic exposure in working with data in databases and BI tools. Experience in working with NoSQL databases will be an added advantage.
● Willingness and commitment to learn fast and fill knowledge gaps.
