We're searching for an Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about e-commerce and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, then this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Master order processing and fulfilment across various B2B and B2C sales channels in Switzerland and Germany, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and sourcing teams to ensure accurate order updates and timely product shipments to customers.
- Provide prompt and transparent communication to buyers regarding order status, including proactive updates in case of any delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Handle order cancellations and returns efficiently, following company policies and procedures to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, ensuring data integrity throughout the fulfilment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Required 1-2 years of experiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and concerns simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English language is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills. (Optional: Fluency in German is a plus).
- Optional: Proficiency in order management systems and understanding of e-commerce order fulfilment process is a plus.
