We are seeking a proactive and innovative Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, come up with creative design ideas, and efficiently execute them using tools like Canva, Inshots, etc. You will be responsible for producing eye-catching social media graphics, marketing collateral, and short videos that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, on-brand graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) using Canva.
- Create a wide range of marketing materials, including banners, brochures, presentations, and email templates.
- Develop and edit short-form video content (Instagram reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts) using reel-making tools.
- Independently generate new design ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to design standards.
- Stay current with design trends, particularly on social media, and suggest new formats to engage the audience.
- Handle feedback and revisions with minimal oversight, delivering projects on time.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, particularly for B2B sector.
- Proficiency in Canva; ability to quickly create high-quality, professional designs.
- Experience with short video content creation using reel-making tools.
- A portfolio that showcases social media designs, marketing materials, and short video content.
