Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Compliance Manager to oversee the financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance across all entities globally within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards. They will be responsible for managing financial reporting, implementing and maintaining internal controls, and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. The Accounts and Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our company on a global scale.


Responsibilities:


1. Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements for all global entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

2. Compliance Management:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies globally.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements across different regions and update internal policies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal and external regulations.

3. Tax Management:

  • Coordinate with external tax advisors globally to ensure accurate and timely tax filings across different entities.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations in various countries, and ensure compliance with all tax-related requirements.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and monitor periodical budgets and forecasts across all global entities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and optimize budget allocation globally.

6. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting and finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in a global context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office; experience with ZOHO, QB systems is a plus.
