Sr. Solution Consultant


Educational Qualification:  

Apparel Domain Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering/ B.F Tech. (Apparel Production)


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Implementation of Solvei8 solutions in client’s factory as per the scope decided.
  • Training of the on-ground factory staff during/post the implementation.
  • Assist sales team on product domain to check the feasibility of providing solutions or expand existing solutions of the project.
  • Ability to interact with top management of client organizations to understand their business processes.
  • Advise sales and customer success teams by breaking down the project scope into project milestones
  • Assess customers' requirements and challenges, understand client business processes and effectively communicate the value proposition of solution to the client 
  • Carry out the feasibility study/requirement gathering before implementing the project.
  • Responsible for documenting client requirements as SOW Document for sign off by the client
  • Serve as a product and technology adviser to both prospective clients and existing clients
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrations, showing how a solution fits customer needs
  • Conduct meetings and workshops to both internal and external teams to clarify requirements
  • Determine the best solution, develop the solution proposal with the value proposition to the client
  • Identify the key stakeholders of the project and get their involvement in requirements to sign off
  • Communicate additional requirements received from the client end escalating development team. 
  • Assist Implementation teams by Participate in training and delivery activities whenever required.
  • Participate in onsite visits supporting implementation and closing of a project



Skills, Work Experience, Certifications:


  • 4+ year experience in apparel production field and process re-engineering
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
