Job Description: Project Manager


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery of critical projects, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and manage financial operations for a key client. This role combines elements of project delivery, customer success, and financial management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration and achieving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring seamless communication with clients and teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Customer Success

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding client needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to present tailored solutions and services that align with customer requirements.
  • Understand client needs and align project deliverables with their strategic goals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing regular updates, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Financial Management

  • Oversee financial aspects of the project, including budgeting and invoicing
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and revenue recognition.

Frequent Travel and On-Site Presence

  • Travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) and stay on-site at client locations for durations of 1-2 months or more, as required.
  • Adapt to varying client environments and build rapport with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication between on-site and remote teams, acting as the primary bridge for information flow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BF Tech (Nift), business, project management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, customer success preferably working with large clients.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in tools like MS Project, Salesforce, JIRA, or equivalent project management and CRM software.
