About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and driven Founding Team Associate with a strong focus on business growth to work closely with our leadership team on a variety of strategic, operational, and execution-focused initiatives. This is a high-impact role designed for someone eager to contribute across multiple business functions, solve complex challenges, and help drive Solvei8’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support
- Collaborate with the management team to plan, prioritize, and execute key initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights that guide decision-making.
- Develop and monitor OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for various projects and teams.
Operations & Project Management
- Ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while improving internal processes.
- Support day-to-day management tasks, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Data & Reporting
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to track performance and progress.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support growth and efficiency.
Operational Alignment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth goals and execution plans.
- Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and support scaling efforts.
- Act as a central point of coordination for growth-related projects and initiatives.
Special Projects
- Take ownership of critical ad hoc initiatives, from research and strategy to implementation.
- Work across diverse areas like business development, market analysis, and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 2–3 years in a consulting, business, or similar role.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
