We are looking for a skilled Back-end Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and working alongside designers, developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate has experience with server-side logic, database management, and API development. If you’re passionate about writing robust, scalable backend solutions, we would love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities:
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, microservices, and databases.
• Ensure the security, performance, and responsiveness of applications and front-end requests.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Maintain and improve the backend infrastructure.
Qualifications:
• Have strong knowledge of back-end languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Kotlin, or MongoDB. • Have experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Clickhouse.
• Familiar with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Understand RESTful APIs and web services, and you’re comfortable using API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI or Postman.
• Have experience with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Apply testing practices (e.g., Mockito, Integration Testing, Jest, TDD) in your development process.
• Bring strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Have worked on scalable and high-performance systems.
• Familiar with authentication and authorization protocols such as JWT or OAuth.
• Understand data modeling and performance optimization.
• Fluent in written and spoken in English, German is an advantage.
